A timber deck is going down at our house today. The picture below is just an idea of what it will look like when done.
Finally after 4 months we have a proper outdoor area. When I left home today it was well under way. It comes straight off our meals/family area so there is no step. I will get my camera out in a few days when I have had a chance to put the outdoor table on it.

Oh, and I did cover the clipboards (post below). They look great. I will take a photo of them too. Promise. It was easy, but I used a stanley knife and grabbed it the wrong way so have a nick on my finger tip. The most awkward place to have one!!! Typing this is not fun. Why is it that the tiniest cut on your finger always causes the biggest drama????
