Moving Day

Country Living.

It’s official…..we will be living in the new house from Monday 27th April. I am feeling very excited.

It’s finally here! While there is still so much to do after we move in (timber deck, turf, gates, blinds, shutters…..) I am really looking forward to getting all my pretty things out again.

I think my taste has changed a bit since the last house, so it will be interesting to see how all the decorating ends up. I have no intention of having everything done in the house in a matter of weeks. I am planning for things to evolve over the next few months. I am eager to get started though.

Of course I have been busily shopping for lots of new bits and pieces! Bed linen, vases, pillows, clocks…. I will show pictures when it all comes together.

Hope everyone has a lovely Easter. I am visiting family out of town and the rest of the time will be spent packing! We are also hoping to get the kids to the movies.

One of my children will be getting the ‘Navy Blue with Red Accents’ treatment.

Oh that is such wonderful news Katrina. You must post photos of the move AND tips! Your home is just looking divine… be still my heart over the pressed tin!!! I love the feature tiling you have done throughout your wet areas. Hmmm shoulda' done some feature tiles A-M. Too late now! I can't wait to see the evolution of your interior fit out. I need some help and a starting point….. so I will be 'stalking'. You sound so organised. I just don't know where I will start! Have a lovely Easter! A-M xx
