This plan is really good! If you like the idea of wide frontage with a wrap around verandah then this one is for you.
The first thing I noticed were the high ceilings throughout the entire home with a huge raked area over the living/dining space.
I was also taken by the garage in to the larder (or pantry/mudroom) area. I really like this idea with the laundry off to the the side. It’s all combined and would be very functional for my family.
This plan doesn’t skip out on the essentials. There’s plenty of storage and the bedrooms are a good size!
I found the plan here. If you click through you can see this plan was a display home and the features really stand out. There’s no tv in the living area, but the sunken home theatre becomes a haven for relaxation and movie nights.
