This floor plan has a warehouse feel with the free-form living area when you walk through the front door. I also like the void area which hosts the master suite. It’s a pretty groovy open space if you’re after something a bit different.
I don’t mind it at all! Not everyone will like the entry though, but I think it would be rather cool if the steps were built with an industrial feel. I found the plan here and there’s interior photos because it was once a display home. Here are a few so you can visual how it would work…
Anyway, something a little out of the box today and I think it’s great if you’re thinking of creating something a bit different.
