Sometimes you can find floor plans in the real estate section! I was scrolling through houses for sale and really liked the inside of this one and then the floor plan popped up at the end and I thought I should share it with you guys.
The best part is that you can see inside this home here. Check out the fireplace and the facade.

The lounge room is massive, but I wouldn’t say no.. ha!
There is definitely room to condense this house down if needed. You could also take out the sewing and make the lounge smaller by adding a 5th bedroom/nursery.
