Cleaning up outdoors this Summer with the Bosch DIY AQT Pressure Washer Range

I have a weatherboard house and it gets very cobwebby and dusty. I am a gun at using a pressure washer and wouldn’t be without one. They are the magic cleaners for anything outside! Actually, I have to fight my 14 year old son for it because he thinks he is the boss of anything pressure-washing!

Recently I was lucky enough to receive a Bosch DIY AQT Pressure Washer to review (it’s the AQT 37-13+) and this is has become my new favourite household item. Out with the old and in with the new!

The back verandah and windows needed a good spray down. I took off all the screens, put my headphones in and got to work hosing everything in sight. Windows, couches, rugs, and screens…

Ewww look at the muck coming off!

It’s so easy and convenient. It’s a sturdy little fella which moves around effortlessly. There are a few attachments too – so whether you’re just spraying, or you need something more heavy duty, you can snap in a brush, or put on a patio tool.

It’s also got a 3-in-1 nozzle so you can be direct, or less direct with the spray depending on what you’re doing.

The car also gets a good clean because it’s so easy to use. It’s got an an auto-stop function to ensure energy efficiency so we don’t waste water moving around the house from job to job.

When we’re done the pressure washer has an easy-fold handle for simple mobility and space-saving storage so it’s not taking up space in our garage or laying sprawled out all over the place.

Would love one of these pressure washers!! I absolutely hate cleaning my back verandah! Its enclosed on three sides and my four legged child believes its just an oversized kennel for her! I am constantly cleaning the dog hair and paw marks off the tiles..

    • Kelly McClure

I hate doing my jarrah veranda as it shows if you haven’t done it properly. My in laws borrowed mine and blew it up, literally! Now I don’t have one. Would love a new one!!

We’ve just moved into a house and the undercover area is filthy and I’d love to clean it up so its sparkling and looks inviting

Saving water whilst cleaning up properly the first time. Not to mention the time that you’d save. Who wouldn’t want to win one of these babies???
Id have to say cleanings windows, something i do not enjoy doing. Especially by hand. Good work out though ????

The front of our house gets quite wet and mouldy like because we live in a koala corridor so there’s lots of trees and and scrub land which then we have more moisture in the air causing the mould around our house, the front of the house is the first impression into your home and mine is currently not making me want to enter my own home ???? would love to win the Bosch high pressure washer not only to clean the front of my house but the whole exterior, it’s sounds perfect for a woman to use, so I won’t need to nag my hubby for help. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to win this.

OMG I would absolutely love to win a pressure cleaner !! The outside job that I hate would have to be cleaning the pavers, and if I never have to get on my hands and knees to do this again, I would be one happy lady- fingers crossed!!

What a gr8 giveaway, something to make cleaning easier!! I would love a pressure washer to clean my entertainment area which usually only gets cleaned for Xmas!! Our free range chooks love to linger under the covered area to eat up deceased insects & then of course they leave their droppings which leave stains on the cement! Yuk!!

  • Ruth mcdonough

Wow how exciting!! We have moved into a new and bigger house so our 5 boys have more room to move. We have a great entertaining area , where they seem to leave all sorts of things that envolve dirt so to have a Bosch pressure cleaner would take the back ache out of sweeping it.

  • Jazzy Fringe

I would be like you and clean absolutely everything in site with this new toy! However, I HATE cleaning windows and their screens and this Bosch Pressure Cleaner would make it less painful indeed. I would also love to clean our outdoor pavers to bring them back to life! ☀️

  • Sarah Owen-Green

The windows! Oh my goodness, the windows. A pressure cleaner would sure beat my current method – the ol’ windex and newspaper!! X

  • Kerryn

Our beautiful honed teakwood sandstone pavers seemed like a brilliant idea six years ago. But Melbourne’s cold, wet winter is very unkind and we end up with unsightly mould staining them that needs to be scrubbed off in Spring. A Bosch pressure cleaner would make the job much easier.

  • Mellie

I NEED this to clean the dick and chook poo off my pavers

    • Mellie

      Oops. Duck poo ????

We have a tiled patio that runs from inside the house out. Husband and I both have some health issues, so washing down the patio gets quiet difficult for us. I have been eyeing these for a very long time but unfortunately havnt been able to afford one on our pension. One of these would help us so much keeping the outside clean and tidy, plus we could then keep the outside Windows sparkling, which I have to admit is out of our capability at the moment. Power washing – not just for the young and healthy.

Off to take a look, I don’t think there is anything we need more at the moment .. 🙂

Love one of these. We have surf mist roof, gutters and facias. They constantly get a dirty mouldy like residue on them and we are trying to keep it looking clean. The Bosch AQT would be a life saver.

  • Chris R

Windows, I hate cleaning windows. The inside ones get done but the outside ones always miss out. The Bosch DIY AQT Pressure Washer would be a dream for that and also for getting the grime off our impossible to clean pebblecrete driveway and pavers. A Pressure Washer has been on my wish list for years, what a great competition. Thanks for the chance Katrina and Bosch.

Keeping our back verandah clean is hard. It is only open on two sides and is under the roof line, so doesn’t get much sun. But, it does get all the leaves blown on to it – and trapped in the corner!!!

  • Danielle Hanlon

I would love a pressure cleaner, I have a older house and my gutters need cleaner this would make that job a lot easier and I have a tied old looking driveway that needs a face lift, never short of finding things to clean the pressure cleaner might make jobs fun…

  • Tanya

Our new house has soooo many windows ???? This would make the job so much easier , and to be honest , I’d clean everything possible with this beauty

  • Rachael Griffin

We have a concrete driveway as long as a runway and our house is vinyl cladding and gets really dirty. Our old PC died years ago so sooooo much stuff is overdue for a good clean.

  • Ashlea @ Glamour Coastal Living

I have cleaning the windows and screens. We probably do it twice a year and it feels amazing, but not having the right tool for the job makes it such a long process. I live on a hill and its amazing how dusty it gets from constant wind and dirt flying through the air. I have lovely white window trims and they are always filthy, a new pressure washer would be amazing. Sparkly and new house all the time 😛

  • Deanne Rudd

My partner and I were only talking about investing in a pressure washer yesterday – then I read your blog! We have a large deck that is constantly covered in dust and bird poo. Not great when we have a 8months old crawling around on it and when you pick him up he is black. I brought a cleaning hose head yesterday but it doesn’t really cut it. So I want a pressure washer for my deck but my partner wants it to washer his Truck!

  • Leanne

Would really love a Bosch Pressure Washer. We have limestone pavers and limestone retaining walls in our backyard. By the end of winter they really need a good scrub. A pressure washer would make this job so much easier.

  • Katherine Hay

My least favourite job would be cleaning the eves and around the Windows of our 1940’s apricot weather board, all those cobwebs- eww!

  • Ness Lockyer

As lovely as our old thick boards from the 1880s look, they are a sod to clean.! Same with our verandahs, everything is big and tall and after us both having surgery, well let’s say, they need a good wash ????
