We have some lawn!

Hey there! I know, I have been MIA lately. I’ve sort of had in real life stuff going on + school holidays! But, I just wanted to pop in and show you that we have some turf down! Yay. Now the dirt can stay outside and stop creeping in to my house! We still have a garden to build (I ordered roses for bare-rooted season in June), so I can’t wait to get those in. 🙂

Today I am starving hungry. I’m fasting and drinking picoprep for a colonoscopy/gastroscopy tomorrow. I miss my food. I LOVE food! I am already dreaming about dinner tomorrow night. Amie is coming over to stay and she has been busy making me zucchini slice and chocolate cake. Oh, I am torturing myself here! Anyway, I don’t expect the Dr to find active crohn’s tomorrow, I am hoping we can find the source of the infections I keep getting. I am feeling better this week, but it takes me so long to bounce back. It’s really messing with me. I do not have time to be sick, I have things to do!

Think of me whilst you’re enjoying your dinner…. 😉

Congratulations! I felt the same pride when we laid new Sir Walter turf in our yard, I couldn’t help myself but to take photos. It’s like having new carpet in your front yard.
