Stunning Sunday: Exclusive Resort Style Estate in Fig Tree Pocket, QLD

main

Hi there! Today I have found a Hampton’s style home for sale in one of Brisbane’s most desirable locations, Fig Tree Pocket, QLD. This 2 level home boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study, rumpus, swimming pool and tennis court. The manicured leafy gardens surround the home where indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly.

Completed last year, the design of the home has been split into different zones suiting all kinds of families.

“Central to the layout is a great room, where the ceiling soars across two levels towards a bank of clerestory windows for real statement-making wow factor. The capacious kitchen makes a similarly impressive style statement, combining stone bench tops with banks of soft closing cabinetry and an array of quality European appliances. All the living/kitchen areas are north facing with an abundance of natural light all year round.

Upstairs, four double bedrooms in the separate childrens wing boast generous proportion, built-in wardrobes and shared use of the family bathroom. Situated at the end of the hall, a fifth, main bedroom is a true parent’s retreat in every sense with an expansive ensuite (complete with freestanding bath), his and her’s walk-in wardrobe’s and verdant views from both the adjacent study/nursery and its private balcony. There is also a sixth bedroom and third full bathroom on the main floor along with significant storage options throughout (including in the dual car garage).” – Agent

wow a huge lovely home I agree Katrina – not sure I would call it Hamptons though. It certainly has the shaker style cabinetry but the structure screams more contemporary to me – Imagine trying to cool the house with all that open space – beautiful as it is. You’ve got a great eye for lovely homes thats for sure!
