Hi there! Today I am back with my first Stunning Sunday post for 2016. This one is currently for sale in West Beach, South Australia. It’s tagged as a Contemporary Seaside Masterpiece and it oozes character.
Downstairs features the main living areas, at the front is the more formal lounge, which opens out onto the front balcony. Imagine just relaxing here in the winter months, the gas fire glowing, just divine. The kitchen was designed to be where everyone would naturally gather. This massive calacuta central bench perfect for a casual meal, or drinks with friends… – Agent.

The outdoor area would be my favourite part, and I also love the kitchen splashback – it’s a bit different.
