Hi there! Happy Sunday! I thought yesterday was Sunday (because we have a long weekend here and it’s thrown me) so I nearly posted this yesterday. How embarrassing haha! Anyhoo, I found this cute little terrace for sale in Fitzroy, VIC and thought I’d share. So colourful and spunky. The red bathroom is a stand out.
A glass corridor to the new extension frames a courtyard with a hidden spa/pool below a sliding deck, and fully retractable walls of glass create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
From the mezzanine-level study and temp-controlled underground cellar fully fitted in western red cedar, the efficient use of space will impress. A refined colour palette with splashes of colour in the mosaic-tiled bathrooms is combined with the textured elements of red brick, steel and concrete to incredible effect.
