Hi there! Thanks for popping in today. I wasn’t sure if I’d shared this floor plan before?? But if I have, let’s look again!
This one is not a huge home, but it’s got some great features. It’s 213.6m2. Firstly, what about the laundry position? I don’t mind that. It’s not right near the bedrooms, nor is it straight off the kitchen.
What about the WIR access?? Through the ensuite? What do you think about that? It wouldn’t worry me, I reckon I could live with that. Otherwise the bed placement would be difficult because of the need for a door. A big barn door on that ensuite would be cool.
Ok, I LOVE the kitchen. The servery with the windows would be so good with light streaming in to the home. The only thing is that the servery doesn’t go the main alfresco, so you’d need to build something out there. Otherwise, don’t worry about the servery and just have big glass windows. Overlooking a pool would be fancy.
I would re-jig the main bathroom. I hate the vanity in with the shower and bath. The bedrooms are a good size.
