I found this very cool plan via my friend Kristie at Elements @ Home. Her husband actually drew this floor plan using an app he built called Planit2D. You can create your own floor plan simply by downloading the app!
Anyway, I love this plan! I like the central pool/alfresco. That would be a real feature. I like the 3rd living on the back just for the kids – I’d just need to pop another bedroom in this plan.
