Hi there! Today I have this modern 4 bedroom + study floor plan to show you. It fits a typical residential block with a small frontage of 15m. It has everything you’d need if you were building your first home.
I like the Master bedroom layout with the WIR and the ensuite. That’s perfect!
The kitchen is a good size with a walk-in-pantry. The alfresco area is great with the potential for a built-in-bbq. I need one of those at my house (next project maybe!).
Bedroom 3 and 4 are a little on the small size, but you could make an adjustment to them and extend the home slightly if you had the room.
