I thought this plan might suit a few people today. Although the bedroom at the front always divides you – especially in the comments on my Instagram! The main bedroom in my house is on the front just like this and I think it’s fine, it’s not even a issue. Do you love or hate the main bedroom on the front of the house?
I do feel the living room is very open when you walk in the door, so I’d probably put a small wall there just so when you answer the front door to strangers they don’t see straight in. You could actually put some big sliding doors on that room. However, if you love open plan then this would be excellent!
I like the garage access and the key drop area. That’s very handy!
You could probably wrap that alfresco around the house to the dining a bit more and open that right up.
Otherwise this is a pretty good plan. Kids down the back in their own space.
