Floor Plan Friday: Living on acreage

Chief Architect Premier X3: Rochedale 398 (Lifestyle).layout

Hi! Here’s another floor plan for you. This one would suit an acreage block. Click on the image to enlarge it so you can see it better.

It’s very different with the bedrooms being in their own ‘wing’ linked to the main house via a gallery. The overall size of the home is awesome!

Would the bedroom ‘wings’ suit you? If you had older kids I guess, not little ones! I know my boys would love this, but I’d still need a monitor or something in case they were sick in the night – I’d never hear them.

The light in to the home would be fabulous. Plus I think the breezeways would make the home feel much larger than it really is.

It’s not for everyone, but I could work with it! Pop here to see original info.

Here’s some more floor plans for you too. Happy Friday! ♥ KC.

Martian…I bet you could help HOUSE RULES come Jo with better ones…even I could…they in,y have one bathroom in the tassie house this week (not including a separate toilet) for 9 people ( although we hear the 7 Kids aren’t always n the house at the same time ) but still…..that’s a bad floor plan….just saying

Ah yes, I found this one about a month ago and fell in love. Just need to find the perfect block.

I just saved this floorplan a few days ago – love it! Our boys are 13 and 15 so to be at the opposite end of the house works great for us. I have always loved glass breeze ways and houses with separate pavilions.
