This is a family friendly home. It’s got a nice wide frontage (which I am a fan of) and is open plan through the main living/kitchen.
I quite like the study with the timber slats to partition it off, but if you didn’t like it in the entry area you could use that as storage and put it on the back of the WIR facing out in to the dining area with some sliding doors.
I like the Jack and Jill bathroom for the kids with their own activity space.
There’s potential for a fireplace in the family room and you can make the alfresco larger to accommodate a lounge and outdoor bbq space. Overall this is a pretty good plan!
