I shared this plan almost 5 years ago to the day, and I still like it…. so I thought I’d share it again!
I got a little bit excited about this floor plan… I say that a lot I know, but this one is a winner for me! Do you know that I take hours and hours each week looking for good floor plans? Ha! You’d think it would be easy to choose something, but there are soooo many online (and so many horrible and impracticable plans out there!). Anyway, this one stopped me in my tracks…. It’s not massive, but big enough with everything you’d need for a family and nothing you don’t. I love the span over the front facade (it’s not pokey and narrow). I like the garage in to the laundry which is off the kitchen, plus there is a good WIP. The whole back area with the fireplace and the dining is perfect. I’d have full ceiling height (like cathedral) in that living area. I love the activity room too. The kids would get their own walk-in-robes. I would make sure North was in the back left corner (or flip the plan). Can I build again please?? 😉
