If you have some land and you’re looking for a large family home, then this one is a goodie. Plenty of space, lots of open areas and perfect for entertaining.
I really like this layout. I’d make the facade more cottage looking with weatherboard and gables on the roofline. The porch could be a feature with hanging chair.
The kitchen/living/dining is huge with 2 areas to sit and chill. One could be centred towards a fireplace and the other the tv area.
