Here’s a plan with a few different features you might like. It has the basics – 4 bedroom, study nook, media room and a big pantry.
I think the master is far too big. It’s almost 1/3 of the house. I’d be inclined to make the garage bigger with storage in there. Or, put the study nook in between the media and ensuite (making the master smaller of course).
