Howdy! Welcome to another Floor Plan Friday. This home would be ideal for families who love to entertain. Inside you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas and a study. Outside features not one but TWO alfresco areas – double the space for entertaining family and friends.
You could use one alfresco for outside dining and the other just off of the pool for some pool side relaxing. I think if you have the space and budget, the double alfresco is a great idea.
I would have to work on the master bathroom though, I do think it is a bit small! The little added storage nook in the garage is always a handy feature as well.
