This plan has a designated entrance which is enclosed by the look of it. One side has doors to the main living and the other to the bedrooms. This is not a bad idea if you want your sleeping separated from anyone still up in the main kitchen area. It’s a bit different.
I think North could be out on the living/dining side.
The laundry is in the garage. I don’t like that 3rd toilet though. No thanks!
