This is a display home in Wodonga, VIC which I’ve been through and I really liked the layout. I especially liked the butler’s pantry and laundry configuration.
They have a big barn door on the passage from the entry into the main kitchen/family which was awesome. I’d also make the meals window much bigger though just for more light.
What do you think about the main bathroom with the wash basin outside the toilet, then another in the bathroom?
You’ll need a wide block for this plan. You could easily add a 3rd garage (drive-through) on if you had the space.
