I thought this was a really good family home. It ticks a lot of boxes for people wanting that indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
It’s hard to see, so you will have to squint. Sorry! I cannot find the original source for this one. I found it via a pinterest board.
The laundry and garage position is good. I like the outdoor shower (from the pool) and the access to the powder room.
The kitchen is excellent. I love window to the pool.
The double sides gas fireplace is a big tick!
I like the position of the activity room.
This plan was obviously drawn specifically for a family. For me, the study and dressing room is too big. I’d like the master bedroom floor space to be slightly bigger and also the theatre room. Or you could add a 5th bedroom.
I am not sure about the 2 showers in the main bathroom? One big one would be better.
