I know it’s Saturday but I didn’t get a chance with this one yesterday! Today I wanted to share this 4 bedroom home with a rumpus off the kids’ bedrooms. I looked at this plan for a while and thought it was quite good if you like the kids away from the master. Plus the master is on the back of the house. I actually really like the kids area, but the bathroom would need some work for me. It looks too small, and the toilet would need to be incorporated in to the general layout. I’d also need some more storage all round.
Do you like the kitchen and laundry layout? And what about the study nook off the kitchen and master?
There is a facade photo below, but you wouldn’t have to have your home like this. The above plan would look good in a contemporary style too with a bit of tweaking on the back courtyard/alfresco.
