We are not building a new house anymore due to a crazy site cut on the block. I used to work for a building company so I know too much. I calculated possible site cut and retaining walls would cost us half of the block price. No way. Was a shame though. BUT… this means because we are staying here I am changing lots of things. New purchases, new colours and a pool are on the cards.
I am so excited!
