5 uses for Peppermint Essential Oil

Hi there! Thanks for popping by today. I put some quick graphics together with 5 uses for Peppermint essential oil.

Peppermint – have you ever had a headache, had a fever, been sunburnt, have you ever wanted to repel insects? It’s cooling and energising. Use in the bottom of the shower to open your airways, use before you work out, diffuse it, cook with it. I sometimes just out on the palm of my hands.

Peppermint Uses

Head and neck tension? 1 drop each Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Ice Blue – 10 ml roller glass bottle – Top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil
Add to your cooking – cakes and slices.
Make your own breath freshener by mixing one drop of Peppermint Oil with one drop of Lemon Oil in water.
Support healthy breathing and open airways by diluting a drop of Peppermint Oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and applying under your nose.
Feeling stressed? Apply 1 drop of Peppermint Oil and 1 drop of Lavender Oil diluted to your neck and forehead to relieve stress and tension.
Use with Easy Air to open your airways.
Diffuse 6 drops for an uplifting aroma in the kitchen.
Add Peppermint Oil to your shampoo or conditioner for a stimulating head massage.
Need to cool down? Add Peppermint Oil to a glass spray bottle and spray your face, back of neck and feet.
