10 things I really want to do (one day)

It always happens, I go away for a few days, I clear my head and my routine has been shaken up, then I come home filled to the brim with ideas and possibilities. I talk to some great people, hear about their lives and then I think about all the things I could do…

Here is the latest list …

1. Do a photography course

2. Learn how to draw floor plans for people

3. Grow flowers so I can cut fresh ones every week

4. Delete the negative

5. Buy more quilts

6. Cook more often

7. Design an alcoholic drinks range

8. Print my stationery range

9. Ditch Facebook

10. Write a book

Do any of you have the same things on your list? Do you make lists? I’m fickle though and this list changes all the time. It’s good to have lists and goals don’t you think? I don’t necessarily follow through with everything, but I love having the option that anything is possible.

Go, write a list. NOW! It will make you feel good.

I love lists, I’m a list writer from way back, from shopping lists, to do lists, to pros and cons lists and more…I’m fickle and changeable too, but it helps me think to write it all down and have a bit of direction. I love crossing them off as I achieve them. Even if I only do half of it, because I may have changed my mind halfway through! lol

    Yes, grow flowers.

I imagine the buy more quilts will change to ‘buy crisp sheets’ when the weather warms up 🙂

    Great list. Rachel x

I have the ‘grow my own flowers’ on the list too, I started planting this autumn – so here’s hoping! I love the rest of your list too.

Something else I would really like to do is never work 9-5 again. I really dislike the idea of transporting myself to a desk for 8 hours a day.

This post inspired me to create my own bucket list!! I probab;y will change it a million times over my life time but still it felt nice to have some goals and direction. I suggest it to everyone. Yours would be super interesting I think!!!

Photography course – I did one years ago with my 35mm SLR, but need to learn to make the most of my digital camera.

And ditching Facebok is high on my list right now too. Not sure if I’ll do it, but it’s very tempting.

Yes, grow flowers… have a beautiful garden. I also want to wake up, sit on my porch and only see mountains. Oh and I also want to see New York…. done Paris, just have to do New York. 🙂 xx

I too would love to do several things on your list haha!! Specially ‘Ditch Facebook’ makes it a bit hard when I have a business I run from there though! I only discovered your blog last week and I am LOVING it 🙂
