Last night, Dean and Shay took out the win with a score of 28.5/30 and $10,000 cash to take home on auction night. Wow!
The judges were blown away and loved every bit of it. Darren said “These guys could do a master class in how to style The Block – they could show everybody else how it’s done.”
Shaynna said she thought the apartment was luxurious, friendly and inviting and had potential to get buyers “emotionally drawn to the space.”
I have to agree – I loved it.

Shaynna said “They have not tried to be too fancy and take away from what this apartment is.”

“It’s not really inspiring is it?” Shayna said. Darren said “I think this is what happens when you have got a lot of bills to pay even if you have won the week before.”

Shaynna said, “It’s really clever – but sometimes clever for clever’s sake isn’t necessary.”

The judges said their space was too cluttered and were so confused with the shoe styling?!
I thought it was quite simple and I liked most of the elements, but I think they were all in the wrong places.
Also notice they’re turned their dining table (and pendant) around after last week the judges said it was all wrong.
