Are we warming to the idea that terracotta is making a comeback? Hmmmm I was a little skeptical at first. But I can say YES to the aged terracotta pot. That’s a big tick from me.

You don’t have to go for the orange shiny terracotta pot. You can choose the white-wash, pale look and it will look amazing.

Here are some ideas below…

Where do you find a washed/aged terracotta pot you ask? Well Bunnings already have them in the pale white-wash look (and so cheap!) OR just DIY one. I went searching for the easiest DIY I could find and that would be here. There are lots of tutorials on Pinterest, but some require you to buy certain paints and that becomes expensive. With a few little tubes of acrylic paint from Spotlight you can have your own aged terracotta pot in no time! Plus this is a project that would take half an hour max.
