I was doing that thing called “exercise” AGAIN this morning. That’s 6 days in a row. Patting myself on the back big time. Then I had this idea, let’s play one of those photo tagging games!
I have had lots of emails and messages saying you woke up on September 1st (SPRING!) like me, and thought ok, it’s time to do some exercising. It’s time to get your butt moving!
So, for a bit of fun this morning I tagged myself in a photo and shared it on Twitter and Instagram with #ExerciseShot. I think we should all do this!
You don’t have to tag a photo every day, just when you think of it. But maybe sharing a photo will motivate you a bit more (and it will hold me accountable if I’m making up this game, so I have no excuses haha!).
There are no rules, it could be any of these suggestions…
- Take a photo of your face
- Take a photo of your shoes, your bike, your headphones
- Take a screenshot of an app you’re using
- Take a photo of you on your treadmill, lifting weights, boot camp
- Take a photo of your feet and a pram
- take a photo of your arm holding the dog lead
Just do it! Go for it. Get out and about and have some fun. Spring is in the air and this means no more hiding in our jeans!
