Hi there! Today in my search for a floor plan I found this large family home with 4 bedrooms, study, entertainment room, under roofline alfresco and triple garage. This home would suit a block with a wide frontage.
There is good storage in this plan and I like the position of the laundry with a powder room close by. There is a bit of a hike between the garage and the kitchen though. What do you think about that?
The study is very big, so not sure if you’d want to consider making the kitchen a little bigger? Plus I’d have to make the robes bigger in bedroom 3 and 4.
