Cleaning product of the week: My lazy way to clean the shower

Who really likes cleaning the shower? Not me! I am super lazy when it comes to this job. But unfortunately, it’s one of those jobs that has to be done often. This doesn’t mean I am diligent in scrubbing it, or Β making it sparkle. I like to take the easy road and spray + rinse. πŸ˜‰

There are a few of these kinds on the market, but sometimes I think they are far too expensive! This one is the Power Force PRO Bath & Shower Cleaner from ALDI. Sometimes I can get it in a can (which I like), but the spray bottle seems to last longer.

So very easily, I just spray it around in my shower and I’ll come back after about 10 minutes and rinse off! That’s all I do. But yes, sometimes I do need to get a brush, or sponge in there to give it a good clean. But this is an easy way to remove any surface scum when you’re lazy, or just couldn’t be bothered. It doesn’t have a strong smell, so it’s not overpowering you when you’re in a confined space. I think it’s about $3.

I love this product! I always have it under my kitchen sink ready to go. I even spray it in my bathroom sinks too. Lifts off the toothpaste or grotty soap scum.

Happy cleaning. β™₯ KC.

I think cleaning the shower is the worst cleaning job of all, thanks for this helpful product tip! I think your approach sounds very similar to mine. Do the minimum necessary, and every now and then do the proper scrub!

I have been using this product for some time. Its everything that Katrina says it is. Price wise can’t beat it. The mould cleaning product from Aldi is also good, but a strong smell, needs an airy space.

The spray shower foam version of this was the best, they don’t have it in the shop anymore and I have contacted Aldi to restock it. πŸ™‚
